My question is: How did Sully and Elena know where Sam and Nate are?

This stands in stark contrast to the polarizing, complex ending of The Last of Us, and based on the previous work of Straley and Druckmann, I don't think things in Uncharted 4's finale are quite that simple. What happens instead is all of the characters have their issues resolved, all the heroes get a happy ending, and the story is tied up in a neat little bow. In order for the game to be finished, the duo that directed The Last of Us, Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann, stepped in to fill the creative void left in the Uncharted 4 team.
